Rispain Cottage is a self catering holiday cottage located in the county of Wigtownshire on the Whithorn peninsula, South West Scotland. It was originally two dairymen's cottages which have since been coverted into a beautiful and relaxing holiday cottage. It can accommodate up to 4 and features two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom.
The living room has an open fire and there's also a conservatory enabling visitors to enjoy the inspiring countryside. The modern kitchen is well equipped and the cottage itself is set within 2.5 acres of private gardens which include a field and paddock.
The surrounding landscape, which consists of rolling pastures and arable land is abundant in wildlife and forms a natural habitat for yellowhammers, whitethroats, goldfinches, buzzards, kestrels, sparrowhawks, badgers, foxes, deer and hares. Other features, which are inclusive in price, include a television, video, DVD and CD player, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, patio furniture and a pond.
